Meet Johan Koch. He's a Berlin-native studying at Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. He's always been fond of the high-rise life in the city from his childhood, but now as an adult, he finds it much more pricier than he'd ever imagined. So he's rented out a slim, renovated studio a walk away from campus. Separating walls give enough privacy and comfort, and yet they still make the house feel like one big room. A beach-like colour palette helps preventing any annoying distractions that might arise, and the optimal amount of space allows for thousands of arrangements. It may not be the life he's used to at home, but the recognizable hustle and bustle of the streets, and the distinct cozy atmosphere of his studio makes his current place a close second.
