TERRAZZO

TERRAZZO is a composite material used for floor or wall décor made available by Interprint. It comes in three color schemes--blueish gray, greyish brown, and grey--and contains chips of marble, quartz, glass, granite, mixed with a binder and poured into a mold. After it sets/cures, it is ground and polished smooth or finished to create a smooth stone surface. It emphasizes the unique, mosaic details of the flooring (and, in this contest, the furniture's surface).
