Design a better office interior. In many offices very little attention is payed to the overal atmosphere. Functionality and budget are the key aspects in the layout. That's a bit sad, since people spend most of their day in the office and more happiness surely will add to productivity.

Set an example by creating a healthy, pleasant office where anybody would love to work!

Think of a good view, indoor plants (oxygen!), a corner for fun or contemplation.
Take a particular look at the ceiling design. Office ceilings can be dreadfully boring.
