Fashion comes in peculiar forms. In the 1980's a group of designers came up with a completely new style on the Salone del Mobile exibition in Milan.

Their designs expressed a longing for breaking the strict rules of the previously dominating modernistic and functionalistic dogma's in design. The effect was shocking, refreshing and bizar.
