Alleyways can be dirty, creepy places, but in many cities they are sometimes full of life, and actually quite charming, even at night, and maximal use if found for the minimal space. Find a way to make this alleyway a nice place to be. Leave the template as it is: keep night setting, keep the walls and everything that's there as it is as much as possible. Only add stuff.
