Design a living room that is well described by "a Jan Steen household". This is a Dutch saying meaning a messy scene. Jan Steen was a famous Dutch painter from the 17th century, most well known for his messy interiors, depicting households and other setups where things don't quite go very orderly. He painted with humour, an abundance of colour and psychological insight.
