Imagine a workshop like this, that the owner wants to repurpose with his/her partner into something new. It should still be recognizeble that it was a Mechanic workshop but the purpose of the space is something they can benefit from during their retirement. For instance a space to host their children and grandchildren, or a B&B, or maybe something completely original.
