This medium sized attic room needs a creative touch to be used for 2 kids; a boy and a girl. They want to have their own space and privacy so you need to be creative with the space. The room as you see now should not be altered in shape. (door/windows/walls etc) only the layout can be altered. You can add a wall and/or split the room in another way; You can add an extra floor but of course not change the ceiling height or sloping roof.
