If anyone wants to - I've created a template.

The 3 rooms are kitchen, entry hall, and a living/dining room. The walls I've decorated a sort of old brick, as my inspiration was a warehouse apartment conversion. There are some big windows, and a massive fireplace (but you don't have to keep that!)

I know the hard bit for some is creating the space, the layout, but that's the bit I love. Furnishing it can just be the fun part.

So, if anyone does fancy a crack at it, the "brief" (as it were) is for a modern/electic space, with the odd 'nod' to the industrial heritage of the building.

Feel free to go mad and I can't wait to see what anyone comes up with!
